国際部よりお知らせ
日本ボバース研究会事務局・広報部2025年6月18日から22日まで、ドイツのカッセルにてBenito, Miguel先生(ACI)とPajak, Adrian先生(BCI)による上級者講習会が開催されました。日本から塚田直樹先生(BCI：Rehabilitation Plus) 、坂口重樹先生(BCI：リハビリセンターChikushi)、生澤祥樹先生(リハビリテーション天草病院)、山羽洋輔(医療法人社団友志会)、田畑遼先生(上伊那生協病院)、磯俣志隆先生(NEUROスタジオ大阪)が参加したため、お知らせいたします。
講習会のトピックは、「歩行における筋シナジー：成人神経系疾患への評価と介入の臨床応用」でした。姿勢制御や歩行における筋シナジーの臨床的な関連性、歩行に関連した活動の評価や介入における臨床推論、歩行の評価と介入における筋シナジーの応用と臨床的な解釈について学びました。治療実習とデモンストレーションは、脳卒中、脊髄損傷、そして多発性硬化症の患者様にご協力いただきました。受講生には、ヨーロッパの隣国同士が近いため、日本以外にもイタリア、ポーランド、オーストラリアからの受講生と共に、お互いの観点を基にした意見交換を通して、受講後も国境を越えてこれからも繋がりたいと思える仲間を得ることができました。

Announcement from the International Department of the Japan Bobath Association
The Advanced Bobath Course from June 18th to 22nd, 2025 was hosted by Mr. Miguel Benito (ACI) and Mr. Adrian Pajak (BCI) in Kassel, Germany. It is our great pleasure to announce that 6 Japanese therapists, Mr. Naoki Tsukada (BCI: Rehabilitation Plus), Mr. Shigeki Sakaguchi (BCI: Rehabilitation Center Chikushi), Mr. Yoshiki Ikezawa (Rehabilitation Amakusa Hospital), Mr. Yosuke Yamaha (Medical Corporation of Yushikai Group), Mr. Ryo Tabata (Kamiinaseikyo Hospital), and Mr. Shiryu Isomata (NEURO Studio Osaka), participated in the course.
The theme of the course was “Muscle Synergies in Locomotion – Clinical Applications for the Assessment and Treatment in Adults with Neurological Conditions.” The general contents of the course were the clinical relevance of muscle synergies in postural control and gait, clinical reasoning in the assessment and treatment of walking-related activity and clinical understanding and application of muscle synergies in the assessment and treatment of locomotion. Patients with stroke, spinal cord injury, and multiple sclerosis were in the treatment session and demonstration. Such proximity of each European country enabled participants not only from Japan but Italy, Poland, and Australia to come to the course and share their applicable knowledge and course-related skills, which created various aspects of discussion. Through these mutual experiences, we were determined to have continuing global bonds after the course.
